How to Fight Discouragement with Bible Verses
Regardless of the people or problems trying to dissuade you from pursuing your goals, you have to combine spiritual and physical interventions to form your own holistic deliverance ministry to fight discouragement.
Learn from Isaac that you have to fight discouragement until you achieve your goals. We can see that after his workers dug the Esek well, some herdsmen quarreled with them and claimed that water as theirs. Isaac and his men then dug another well called Sitnah and the herdsmen still quarreled over that one also.
However, Isaac was not discouraged despite spending a lot of resources on digging two wells because he knew he needed water. He simply moved on from there and dug another well. And, this time, no one claimed the water as theirs and he called that third well Rehoboth. (Genesis 26:19-22)
Therefore, decide that neither people nor problems will discourage from digging in until you achieve your goals. Pray and ask God to help you defeat those discouraging problems.
As you pray, use Scriptures since Bible verses are the foundation of any deliverance ministry and Christian spiritual warfare because the Word of God is the Sword of the Spirit that God has given us to fight with. (Ephesians 6:17) Therefore, we will call the Scriptures that we will use to fight discouragementSWORD WORDS.
that you can use as personal deliverance prayers to fight discouragement include:
1. Father God, help me not grow weary while doing good, for in due season I shall reap if I do not loose heart. (Adapted Galatians 6:9)
